how's your day, readers? great? sorrow? exciting?
nah, i wanna share my day today. what has happened today was so shocked and blessed.
okay okay. relax. chill.
today, i had to follow my Mak Ngah and her family and my family, including my Mak Lang and her family for a small ceremony, which was an E-day of my cousin (Mak Ngah's son). as usual, i am the anak dara had to carry the dulang. not forgotten, sirih junjung (do your own google image search), our formal tradition.
around 12 pm we arrived at her future fiancee at her home. then, the ceremony begin. basically, the parents and families from both family will discuss together to choose the date of wedding, mas kahwin, and so on. it was fascinating for me because this is where the first bond are created between these families. so pure. then, alhamdulillah, everything went well. but, one more thing....., the climax.
the climax part will be the moment where the future-mother-in-law is wearing the ring on your finger. whooaaaaaa..... congratulation bro!!
suddenly, when we were capturing a picture together with his fiancee, someone called my name.
it was my roommate when i was studying in matriculation. i was so so so excited and cant stop saying masyaallah and subhanallah and alhamdulillah.
my fate with my friend were so strong. i never expected we will be part of the family. she is one of the cousin on fiancee side.
Allah plan the best for me. alhamdulillah.
we never know how our fate will be.
keep praying and changing myself to be a better muslimah.
